Aerial Yoga Frame

Catherine was looking for a frame that would help her perform her aerial yoga routine. Having identified a similar, but vastly more expensive set up on line, our team set out to design a product which will suit her needs. The result, is this Aerial yoga frame that one of our customer service guys, Nathaniel helped Catherine design.

Here's what she had to say about the project and working with Nathaniel:

Fittings & Pipe Needed to Assemble the Frame

Below, are the fittings and pipe needed to create the desk frame. However, the design can be modified based on the height, length, and depth you would like. The number of shelving can also be modified. For help coming up with a design that will work for you, feel free to reach out to our projects team for free design assistance.

For the purposes of this tutorial, we will be showcasing the number of fittings and required steps used to build Catherine’s specific design:

Here's what you'll need:

TC128C x 8pcs
TC133C x 2pcs
TC161XCB x 2pcs

32Nb Tube (42.4mm OD) 2500mm x 12pcs
25Nb Tube (33.7mm OD) 2585mm x 1pc

Assembling the Aerial Yoga frame

This is the best part, such is the simplicity of this frame with its minimalist design, it only requires a few easy steps to assemble, see below:

Step 1
When affixing the 128 corner fittings, ensure tube is not inserted all the way as illustrated.
Ensure that fittings are laid flat as possible when tightening to ensure correct orientation.
Step 2
Once one end is fixed, attach the other end. Repeat this step until you have 2 as shown.

Step 3
Now attach the rest of the tubes to close off and create one side of the frame as shown.

Step 4
Once completed, repeat steps 1-4 to create another side of the frame.

Step 5
Now attach the base tubes.
Step 6
Prepare 2 tubes as shown with the 161XBC fitting buy sliding it into place.
Leave loose for the time being to allow later adjustment.

Step 7
Now put previously prepared tubes into place.
Step 8
Slide 33mm top tubing into place.
At this point you can position it centrally and fix 161XBC fittings into place.

We are looking for aerial yoga frame options. Is this OK for outdoors? Is there any chance someone could contact me about supply and costs?
