The SP HC - Scaffold Half Couplers are non-swivel steel couplers made to be fixed, to a solid surface, at one end, whilst the other end is fitted with a screw adjustment for connecting a scaffold tube.
They are mainly utilized for Custom projects.
* Bottom hole for bolts is 17mm wide.
Comes with the option of using 65mm or 75mm bolts for fixing the Half Coupler in place.

Which fitting size do I chose?
We offer fittings in various sizes that meet Australian standards, ranging from 21mm to 60mm.
To select the right fitting, measure the outside diameter (OD) of your pipe and choose the corresponding size. For example, a pipe with a 48mm OD requires a D48 fitting.
We also provide fittings for 50mm aluminium tubes and 25 x 25 or 40 x 40mm square hollow section steel bar.

What are your fittings made from?
Our Tubeclamp Scaffold fittings are made from Electroplated Hot Dip Galvanised Steel. Powdercoating is available as an option at an additional cost.
Can i use a smaller tube with your couplers?
Our Scaffold Couplers are designed and rated to work with specific standard tube sizes. They are designed to hold your tube using multiple contact point to ensure stability and strength. Tubeclamp cannot gaurantee the couplers will work as rated when used with tube sizes that differ from our advertised sizes.

Our Return Policy
Tubeclamp allows returns of unused items in good condition within 5 days of purchase, but a handling or restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Customers can exchange returned items for similar value products, though some items like cut bars or modified products may not be returnable.
