Which fitting size do I chose?
We offer fittings in various sizes that meet Australian standards, ranging from 21mm to 60mm.
To select the right fitting, measure the outside diameter (OD) of your pipe and choose the corresponding size. For example, a pipe with a 48mm OD requires a D48 fitting.
We also provide fittings for 50mm aluminium tubes and 25 x 25 or 40 x 40mm square hollow section steel bar.

What are your fittings made from?
Our Tubeclamp Scaffold fittings are made from Electroplated Hot Dip Galvanised Steel. Powdercoating is available as an option at an additional cost.
Can i use a smaller tube with your couplers?
Our Scaffold Couplers are designed and rated to work with specific standard tube sizes. They are designed to hold your tube using multiple contact point to ensure stability and strength. Tubeclamp cannot gaurantee the couplers will work as rated when used with tube sizes that differ from our advertised sizes.

You can choose to pick up your order from one of our stores or have it delivered anywhere in Australia. Orders placed before 10 AM on weekdays ship the same day; those after 10 AM or on public holidays will be sent the next business day.
Our Return Policy
Tubeclamp allows returns of unused items in good condition within 5 days of purchase, but a handling or restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Customers can exchange returned items for similar value products, though some items like cut bars or modified products may not be returnable.

Additionally, since they don't need welding for installation, you can easily take apart or uninstall your setup to repurpose the fittings for another project.
