The Mezzanine Pallet Loading Gate provides safe and controlled access when loading pallets onto elevated mezzanine floors using a forklift or other lifting device. The gate protects the fall edge during mezzanine loading operations, ensuring the safety of workers in the danger area.

Available in B34mm pipe (for openings up to 2m wide) and C42 pipe (for openings longer than 2m).

For larger gates, custom-sized gates, or gates with additional safety protections (mesh, kickrail, etc.), please contact our sales team for a customized quotation. If you require a stronger or wider gate we recommend using the C42 (optional) tube size.

*Maximum outside gate height is 2.25 m. Room height must be greater than 2.25 m to allow safe operation.

*Product dimensions refer to the 'clear space' distance between the outside posts of the gate, not the dimensions of the pallet that will fit through the opening.

Tubeclamp allows returns of unused items in good condition within 5 days of purchase, but a handling or restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Customers can exchange returned items for similar value products, though some items like cut bars or modified products may not be returnable.

Tubeclamp fittings are galvanised for durability and will last for years even when exposed to the elements. In addition, being forged from ductile cast iron our fittings are designed tested and in-house to support upwards of 5,650N (575kg).

Our fittings comply with Australian Standards AS 1832 (ISO 5922), and AS 4680.
