Details

The FloorFix is engineered to securely fasten chequer/durbar plate to the supporting steelwork without the requirement for drilling or welding on site. The connection can be installed from the top using an allen key or Hexbit drill bit . It can be effortlessly lifted for maintenance purposes and re-positioned within minutes. The FloorFix solution is versatile and does not necessitate specialized drilling/welding equipment or costly access equipment for underside access.

Additionally, the FloorFix has been tested at TUV for vibration conditions, ensuring that the connection remains secure when the countersunk screw is tightened to the recommended torque.

Tubeclamp fittings are galvanised for durability and will last for years even when exposed to the elements. In addition, being forged from ductile cast iron our fittings are designed tested and in-house to support upwards of 5,650N (575kg).

Our fittings comply with Australian Standards AS 1832 (ISO 5922), and AS 4680.
