How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

My order has not arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please us by directly for assistance.
How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please note that bulky items (such as bar) may occur additional surcharges that increase the cost.
I received the wrong product.

If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact Tubeclamp within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure you have a copy of your invoice/receipt and a photograph of the incorrect product in question.

When will my backorder arrive?

Typically backordered items are products that our suppliers have limited stock of, or which we do not keep immediately available on hand (often due to them being bulky or infrequently purchased). In some cases it may take upwards of 2-3 days for some items backordered items to be dispatched.
When will my order be shipped?

We typically aim for same day, or next day, dispatch on all stocked products. The cut off time for same day dispatch is 10am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff (or on weekends) will be dispatched on the next business day.
How do I return my product?

Please ensure you retain a copy of your invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Product can be returned in person instore or returned through post at your cost.

Tubeclamp may accept returns on undamaged goods up to 5 days after purchase. However returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Alternatively we may agree to exchange goods for another of similar value (or as partial credit for one of greater value). Please note that Tubeclamp does not take responsibility for the payment of shipping costs occured on returns, unless found at fault for incorrect or damage orders.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your email address.

3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment options?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Our current payment options include cash (instore only), Direct Deposit, all major international Credit Cards, EFTPOS, Paypal, Google Pay/Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Please note that all purchases of goods and services within Australia (or from an Australian based company) occur a 10% sales tax.

How do i redeem a discount offer or code.

After adding items to you card, click the "View Cart" link at the top of the site to view your cart. If a sale or discount is running there may be a form near the payment option where you can type/paste any discount codes. You will know the discount is active by looking at the price breakdown on the right hand side of the page.


Please note that some sales/discounts may be applied automatically on checkout (such as the bulk discount discount). These will also be displayed within the price breakdown the right hand side.

How do I find my product?

To assist you in finding the product(s) you are looking for our website has multiple ways of searching. You may use the drop down menus located at the top of every page which break down our products by type and function, you can search the product name and/or product code in the search bar located in the top right of the website, and you can find links to the most commonly bought categories on the Home page just under the banner image.

Are there any discounts for buying in bulk?

You may receive a percentage (%) based discount depending on the size of your order. These discounts are determined per product and some products may require you to purchase more or less to recieve this discount. Please note that this discount is applied automatically on chekout. A preview of the savings amount will be displayed on the cart and you may update your total directly from the cart to reach bulk targets.


These discounts do not apply to all products. For more information look for the bulk discount table found below the "Add to Cart" button, or find the price breakdown found in the "Shopping Cart".

Products

Which fitting size do i chose?

We offer fittings in six different sizes according to Australian standard pipe sizes, ranging from 21mm to 60mm. To select the right fitting, simply measure the outside diameter (OD) of your pipe and choose the corresponding fitting size.


For example, if your pipe has a 48mm outside diameter, you would select the D48 fitting size.

Why is the fitting bigger then my tube?

Our fittings are intentionally made slightly larger than the pipes they correspond to, so that they can easily slide onto both straight and bent bars. If you're worried that the gap might be too big, you can try replacing the grubscrews/setscrews with longer ones.
What are your fittings made from?

Our Tubeclamp fittings are made from Galvanised Steel. Alternatively you can check out of range of Aluminium fittings, or consider having your fittings powder coated.
Where can i find size specifications for each fitting?

You can easily locate size diagrams for most fittings in the example images provided for each product. These diagrams provide approximate measurements for each fitting size.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Returns will only be accepted provided that:

(a) the Client has complied with the provisions of clause; and

(b) Solid Dynamics Tubeclamp has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods; and

(c) the Goods are returned at the Client’s cost within five (5) days of the delivery date; and

(d) Solid Dynamics Tubeclamp will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; and

(e) the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.

Solid Dynamics Tubeclamp may (at their sole discretion) accept the return of Goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs.
